Once your order is submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time we are unable to modify or cancel your order. 

GingerProblems.com wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but in case there is a problem, we gladly offer easy returns.

What If An Item Is Out Of Stock?

For the most part, the product pages will not let you purchase an item out of stock. However, in the rare case that an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via email and a refund will be issued to the original purchasing credit card.

Ginger Problems was founded in 2010 by designer, Trevor Denton.

The company is growing organically and is currently run by a team of different Gingers and Ginger Lovers.

The company is based in Albuquerque, NM and Henderson, NV.

Starting as a Twitter account, we discussed and spoke for the average ginger who suffers the daily dilemmas of fair skin, freckles, and red hair. 

As time would tell, Ginger Problems started to become the beacon of hope and humor for those searching for a relatable source. 

Since then, Ginger Problems has established a clothing line exclusively for gingers and ginger lovers and built a redheaded army across the globe.

Unlike anyone in their market, Ginger Problems prevails as a unique community and home for all redheads and redhead supporters!

Why do you exist?

To restore confidence in individuals who are occasionally and wrongfully, subject to bullying by encouraging people to be proud of who they are on the inside and out.
